Generosity Matters

“There are a variety of gifts, but the same spirit . . . to each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” (1 Cor 12:4-7)

When the Apostle Paul looked at God’s people, what Paul saw was an amazing, wonderful array of gifts. Gifts, which each of us are called to share to build up the whole community. As stewards of these gifts, we have the opportunity to respond to God’s generous love for us sharing our gifts to participate in and support God’s mission to love and bless the world. There are a variety of gifts, so what you have to share will be different than what your neighbor shares, but each of you invest your time, your skills and your financial resources into God’s ministry. Your generosity and faithfulness make a difference!
